In the past, A-Swiss has successfully assisted clients in all areas related to the set up of a physical office in Hong Kong. We ultilised our local knowledge to the benefit of our past clients and have been able to effectively negotiate leases and contracts with consistent real estate agents at competitive prices. In addition, we also referred clients to the most experienced office renovators. During the physical renovation, we were present to mediate any discussion between client and renovator and eliminate language barriers and potential cultural misunderstandings. In regards to office equipment and furniture, we provided clients with competent companies that offer specialised packages based on whether the client wish to physically purchase or rent equipment. In addition, we oversaw the application process for work visas for our past clients in HK, as well as managed their labour and medical insurance and other essential procedures such as setting up MPF once they commence work.
