We will provide a Switzerland solicitor who will prepare a search report in order to confirm whether there are any existing trademarks which may pose a problem to have a particular product or service launched in Switzerland. Once a mark is registered, it should be available within 6 months without objections. Trademarks will remain legal for a period of up to 10 years unless renewed before expiry.
